I have an extremely important question for you. Probably one of the best questions you could ever ask. Its this: What is YOUR vision? for your finances, career, family, whatever! What's your vision? Basically, what is the indented outcome and product for (each area of) your life?OK, now that you have that. Let me ask you AN EVEN BIGGER question? If you had to choose between accomplishing your vision or maintaining your moral authority (integrity), which would you choose? Are you willing to abandon the progress of your vision in order to choose your moral authority as priority?
As leaders, when you strip away the many skills that make up the art of leadership, you are left with whether or not you are who you said you are; your moral authority! I would rather look back on my life and have led 1 person 2 feet while being a leader worth following, than multitudes 2 miles while being a leader that didn't walk his talk!
